For over 18 years, I have dedicated myself to mastering the art of culinary creation, specializing in both traditional dishes and the art of grilling the perfect steak. My culinary journey has been one of exploration, innovation, and a commitment to delivering authentic and unforgettable dining experience. I am proud to be associated with Levant & Seasons XPRS as Head Chef, a pioneering establishment that introduced both authentic steakhouse cuisine and Lebanese grilled chicken to India.
